Grant Funding Guidelines
Grant funds must be used exclusively for a specific program or initiative within your organization. Funding may not be used for general administrative costs or capital expenditures (such as building construction or renovations).
Applicants must demonstrate the service and benefits they provide to Coral Springs residents.
Use of funds must strictly adhere to the purpose outlined in your application. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the current application and may render your organization ineligible for future funding opportunities.
Applications must be submitted in hard copy to the address listed on the application. Electronic copies will not be accepted.
Important Notes
When submitting an application, applicants should be aware of the following:
- Funding decisions apply to the current year only. There are no automatic renewals or guarantees of funding in future years.
- Submitting a complete and eligible application does not guarantee funding. The Coral Springs Community Chest has limited resources, and all funding decisions are made at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. All decisions are final.
2025 Key Dates
- August 29 – Application Deadline (All applications must be received by this date. Late submissions will not be considered.)
- September – Application Review Period
- Early October – Funding Decisions Finalized
- End of October – Applicant Notification and Fund Distribution
